WOMEN'S SOCCER
Suffolk 1 Norfolk 1
A LATE goal by Lisa Culley gave Suffolk a deserved share of the spoils in this East Anglian Counties Women's Championship match at Framlingham.
This was the first match to be played under Framlingham's new floodlights but Norfolk looked like spoiling the party until substitute Culley came off the bench to fire in from close range in stoppage time.
Norfolk had gone ahead after 18 minutes when Shani Simmons netted a great goal from 25 yards.
Suffolk then had most of the play with Helen Bass, Angela Arnold and Culley missing narrowly at the end of excellent moves.
