Ross Halls looks at how Ipswich Town's loan players got on for their clubs this weekend....

CORRIE NDABA

The Irishman made his return as a 93rd minute sub for Kilmarnock as they were held to a goalless draw with Ross County in the Scottish Premiership.

Ndaba has been out of action with an ankle injury for nearly a month and will look to add to his minutes when Killie host Hearts in the league next weekend.

KYLE EDWARDS

The winger made his return as he came on as a 65th minute for Oxford United as they lost 2-0 at Cheltenham Town in League One, with both sides finishing the game with ten-men.

Edwards had been sidelined for nearly two months with a hamstring injury. New boss Des Buckingham suffered a defeat in his first game leading the U's.

The midfielder played the full 90 minutes for Stowmarket Town as they lost 2-0 at home to Grays Athletic in Isthmian League North Division.

Haddoch had his initial one-month loan extended until January 3rd and will want to help the Suffolk side return to winning ways on Tuesday night as they travel to Witham Town.

PANUTCHE CAMARA

The midfielder is recovering from a hamstring injury he suffered last month and Charlton head coach Michael Appleton said that he is receiving his treatment at both clubs.

“From his point of view when he initially had the setback, the re-injury, getting himself away was a big thing to clear his head,” said Appleton.

“The time it takes to step up his rehab, and the closer he gets to a return is when he will spend most of his time with us.”

Camara is set to be unavailable until 2024 and has made eight appearances during his stop-start loan spell at the Addicks.
