Free exhibition showcasing Ipswich Town promotion this week

Starting from Friday, July 10 to Sunday, July 19, at Ipswich Town Hall the free exhibition Gawn Up will highlight the passion, pride, and unwavering support of Ipswich Town fans who made the journey "unforgettable".

Featuring work from acclaimed football photographers from both inside the club and outside, fans will get a chance to relive some of the moments that led up to the fateful day against QPR in May.

As well as this, exclusive photos from minority stakeholder and global mega star Ed Sheeran from the game and Ipswich Town players from the moment promotion was secured will be on show.

Mark Ashton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ipswich Town, said: "Our supporters played an enormous role in helping the team achieve promotion.

"Creating this exhibition is a way of honouring their incredible backing throughout the campaign and bringing the town together once again as we look forward to the return of Premier League football.”
