Earlier this week, Owls boss Paul Sturrock completed the signing of left-back John Hills from Gillingham.
The Owls boss said: “He's an honest defender, quick, hard-working and attacks the ball really well. I'm pleased we've got that type of player.”
Diallo added: “I'm very happy. Two weeks ago I had a chat with the manager and had a very good feeling. Now I'm looking forward to the new season.”
