Ipswich Rugby Club finished off their home camapign in London 2 North on Saturday with a resounding 55-7 victory over Norwich at Humber Doucy Lane.
That means that, despite being second in the table, Johnny Breedt’s men are still the favourites to win the title, given they have a game in hand over leaders Saffron Walden, who play their final game of the season next week, against Chelmsford.
Ipswich, who are a point behind, must go to Holt and a win there would mean that, if Saffron finish with a win, the Suffolk side would only need to grab victory in their final game of the season, the re-arranged clash at South Woodham Ferrers on April 26.
