Norris sparked a huge public outcry after his goal celebration last week at Blackpool, and some speculated he may be kept out of the side today.
But he will play and Alex Bruce is the only change to the side which beat Blackpool, coming in for the injured skipper Gareth McAuley.
New loan signing Darren Ambrose starts his second stint at Town on the bench.
