LUCA Civelli has been ruled out for the rest of the season by Ipswich Town manager Roy Keane.
The left-sided midfielder who injured his keen last March is currently back in his native Argentina.
Keane said today: “Luca has gone back to Argentina for two months and I have written him off until pre-season.
"It has been tough for him. He's had a few setbacks and is making slow progress but he's had a serious injury.
"We had a chat last week and he asked if he could go home and I'm comfortable with that. For the foreign lads it can be better for them to be back home and our medical people will be in touch with him every week.
"He'll be using a clinic in Argentina and it will help him being home, not just physically but mentally as well."
