LEWIS Price is now a firm challenger for Kelvin Davis' first team place, Ipswich manager Joe Royle confirmed today.
The Town boss said: “I see Lewis as a top goalkeeper in his own right, not just a stand-in. His stock is growing all the time.
“At the start of the season I had a short list of keepers I was considering to provide cover for Kelvin - but I've torn it up now.”
