But 12 months later and Ipswich are flying high and on course for a league and cup double.
Last night's 52-42 victory over Peterborough Panthers at a pulsating Foxhall Stadium ensured a third place finish in the Sky Bet Elite League - and a home one-legged play-off quarter-final against Eastbourne on Monday.
