Ipswich skipper Jim Magilton today paid tribute to Blues boss Joe Royle and admitted: “He's my inspiration.”Magilton, who led Town into action against Championship guests Burnley today, is a huge fan of Royle.

The former Northern Ireland international describes Royle as “the best man-manager I have been associated with”.
