AFTER last week's tough couple of matches in the Printwize East League, there is no time for Ipswich East Suffolk ladies to rest and reflect on the past.

Tomorrow, they travel to Crostyx who last week lost to Ipswich thirds in Division Two South and the key to the Rushmere side's game will be determination and composure.

Crostyx have proved in the past that their game plan tends to dissolve when under pressure and it will be up to the IES forwards to pile on the pressure and rattle them.

Although the side is without the midfield strengths of Annie Taylor and Jackie Gooderham, IES will approach the game in a confident frame of mind and look to complete their third double of a season which has seen them adapt extremely well to a higher level.

The second team are at home to Carlton Park, who has been enjoying success recently in the Premier Division of the Suffolk League, while the thirds are at home to Sudbury second in Division One.
