BOSS Joe Royle today hailed the academy's “priceless” contribution towards Ipswich's promotion push.
Royle saw several home-grown kids star in yesterday's 2-1 win at Coventry that put Town level on points with league leaders Wigan.
And he is so delighted with the youngsters' contribution that he compared them to the crop produced by Manchester United a few years ago.
