Successful weekend for Deben swimmers

DEBEN Swimming Club had a very successful weekend in the Suffolk Development Championships at Crown Pools, with 26 swimmers taking part over the two days of competition.

Several personal best swims were achieved, as well as a good medal haul as follows:

George Innes in the boys 10 years category: 2nd 100m Individual Medley in 1.35.09, 3rd 50m freestyle in 37.51, 3rd in 50m Backstroke in 43.75.

Robert Attwater in the 10 years boys: 3rd 200m Backstroke in 3.30.27, 2nd 50m Butterfly in 49.92.

Emma Studd in the girls 10 years: 1st 100m Individual medley in 1.32.73, 2nd 200m Individual medley in 3.23.34, 3rd 50m butterfly in 47.68

Beccy Wilson in the girls 10 years: 1st 200m Individual medley in 3.16.98

Adam Last in the boys 11 years category: 2nd 50m breaststroke in 46.58, 1st 50m Freestyle in 33.36, 1st 50m Backstroke in 38.83, 2nd 50m Butterfly in 42.43, 2nd 100m Individual Medley in 1.26.71

Conor Lynch in the boys 11years category: 1st 100m Breaststroke in 1.43.27, 1st 100m Backstroke in 1.32.16, 2nd 100m Freestyle in 1.32.16
