Stanton soaked up early pressure as Calver's header was saved by Baker, but then took total control for the remainder of the first half. Ross opened the scoring on 25 minutes from a Hazleton free-kick and five minutes later, Dixon gifted Turner with a goal as the keeper dropped the ball from a Musgrove cross.
