Suffolk Coastal

It is your last chance to see Circus Hassani in Southwold this weekend - last shows take place at 2pm and Friday and 5pm Saturday.

Slugs, snails and all things slimy are the topic of the Woodland Wonders session at RSPB Minsmere, near Dunwich.

Rummage under the logs and in the woodland leave litter and see what you can find.

Ipswich

There is a free activity day at Castle Hill Rec from 1pm to 4pm, offering a mix of sport, music, health, arts and crafts and drama and dance.

At Crown Pools there is a family float session from 10.30am to midday. Family ticket is £12.50.

The inflatable slide will be out from 2pm to 3pm, suitable for chidlren aged eight and over. Simply pay for a swim at £3.80 and use the slide throughout.

Under eights can join an arts and crafts session from 1pm to 2.30pm, costing £4.30 each - mum or dad must stay.

At Gainsborough Sports Centre you can join the summer party, for three to seven year olsd, from 2.45pm to 4.15pm.

From 10.30am to midday there is kwik cricket and rounders for children aged five to nine.

There is family rollerskating at Maidenhall Sports Centre tomorrow.

Suitable for age five and over, running from 3.30pm to 5pm and costing £2.60 per person.

Become a young warden at Arger Fen - between 10am and midday children aged 10 to 15 can learn skills to help with habitat management at the reserve.
