More names have been added to an all-star cast that will take to the Suffolk stage this Christmas.

For the fourth year running, some of the nation's biggest comedians will gather on December 4 for a show named Happy Christmas Ipswich at the Regent Theatre.

Griff Rhys Jones is returning to host the show and will be joined on stage by comedy legends Rob Brydon, Dara Ó Briain, Dame Joanna Lumley and Omid Djalili, among others.

With the big show only a month away, further names have been added to the all-star bill, including world-renowned keyboard player Rick Wakeman and Drag Race UK winner Danny Beard.

Comedians Rosie Holt, Tessa Coates and Sooz Kempner will also join the headliners.

EACH Patron Griff Rhys Jones said: "Thanks go to the line-up and big thanks also to those who buy tickets and come to the show every year. If you haven’t already bought your ticket, my advice would be to get in quick."

More than 1,250 tickets have already been snapped up for the award-winning comedy and music extravaganza, with the money raised going to the East Anglian Children's Hospice (EACH).

The total funds raised have exceeded last year's, with £110,000 already banked for the charity.

The final few tickets are available at EACH.org.uk.
