An American candy store in Ipswich town centre has applied to sell alcohol until late every day.
American Candy Corner, located at 1 Dogs Head Street in Ipswich, has applied for a premises licence to Ipswich Borough Council.
The licence would allow the American candy store to supply alcohol from 8am to 11pm every day.
The shop has previously been able to sell alcohol, but now under new ownership, it has applied for a new licence which will see alcohol sales start later in the day, but last until 11pm everyday rather than the 7pm it was previously on a Sunday.
The opening hours have also been applied for, which will see the shop open at 8am and close at 11pm, shorter opening hours than previously.
This American candy shop has been joined by a few others that have recently opened, including an American and Mexican sweet shop in Upper Orwell Street, Kingdom of American Sweets and Vapes in Carr Street and American Candy Store along the same street.
